17th Street Acquisition Corp. was merged with and into Alloy Online, Inc. in January 2000. Previously, 17th Street Acquisition operated as the holding company for 17th Street Productions, Inc. 17th Street Productions was engaged in the development and production of media properties for teens. It produced approximately 150 books annually, as well as marketed and promoted its properties in conjunction with teen brands, such as Atlantic Records and Union Bay.
